Position Summary:
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life.

Job Description:
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fellow (Full‑time, 40 hours/week)
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fellow at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will complete the Ivy Rehab Pediatric Fellowship Program. You will work with a diverse range of pediatric patients, providing personalized and flexible care with individualized plans.
Position Qualifications / Admissions Criteria- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Master’s Program
- Active OT licensure in current state of practice prior to fellowship start date
- Employed as a full‑time therapist at Ivy Rehab Network at least three months prior to program start date
- Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of residency
- Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements, including independent study
- Commitment to taking the AOTA Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCP) exam at earliest eligibility
- Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post‑graduation
- Completion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours)
- Completion of all assessments, logs, and forms
- Completion of live patient examinations
- Satisfactory completion of all skills lists
- Passing of all required quizzes
- Satisfactory completion of required presentations
- Optional completion of case report abstract
- Completion of 100 hours of 1:1 mentorship
- Complete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during fellowship year
- Attendance and participation in all scheduled fellowship education events
- Satisfactory achievement of all fellowship core competencies
- Program tuition: $4,500
- Can be paid in full or over a 1‑ or 2‑year payment plan through paycheck deductions
- As a full‑time employee of Ivy Rehab for Kids, each participant will retain their salary commensurate with hours worked per week and maintain benefits during the length of the program
- Two‑year employment commitment post‑graduation to satisfy the financial investment Ivy contributes to each participant
