As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you play a key role in making sure individuals receive the services and supports they need to live full, meaningful lives. You oversee care plans, guide Team Managers, and work closely with staff, families, and providers to ensure services are delivered with quality and compassion. This is a leadership role that balances coordination, supervision, and direct connection to the people we serve.

Oversee and coordinate each individual's support plan, services, and active treatment programs
Supervise and support Team Managers to ensure quality, person-centered services
Monitor documentation, progress reports, compliance, and required paperwork
Work closely with individuals, families, staff, and community partners to support successful outcomes
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and supporting person-centered care
Confidence leading others while coordinating services, plans, and priorities
A calm, organized, and dependable approach, even in challenging situations
A bachelor's degree
