We are looking for a Logistics / Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. This role involves dispatch coordination, shipment tracking, and responding to customer transportation inquiries. Entry-level candidates are welcome; logistics experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinated dispatch and transportation schedules
- Track shipments and handle delivery issues
- Respond to customer transportation inquiries by phone and email
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams
- Maintain basic transportation and shipment records
- Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work full-time on-site in Kokomo, IN
- Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
