• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Proficient navigational skills: able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain (including multi‑story buildings).
• Operate all company equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product as instructed.
• Deliver pizza, beverages, flyers, and door hangers to customers on time and with a courteous attitude.
• Maintain accurate order entry using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Provide correct monetary change and process orders over the phone or in person.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally and in writing.
• Perform essential mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate eye–hand movements for fast, precise product handling.
• Adhere to company safety and food‑service standards.

• Accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Keyboard or touchscreen order entry proficiency.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions while driving and delivering.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to above 90 °F.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Work in cramped areas such as walk‑in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Carrying: move pizzas, beverages, and cases up to 50 lb. using hand trucks or dollies.
• Driving: deliver within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Walking: travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Climbing: navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking short distances for short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum.
• Sitting: paperwork conducted at a desk or table.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist, repeatedly during assembly and stocking.
• Reaching: up, down, and forward to perform tasks on shelves and pallet.
• Hand and eye coordination: continuous use of hands for shaping dough, operating pizza cutter, and managing boxes.

• Deliver product by car directly to customer door.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
