Position Overview
We are currently looking to add a dynamic Telecommunications Operator to our passionate team of environmental professionals.

Travel:
Up to 75% across Northern Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Travel and lodging provided.
- Pay: $22-$26/hr based on direct experience – Paid Weekly
- $175 weekly per diem
- 40‑50 hour work week

- Drive and operate a derrick digger truck with a 30’ pole trailer.
- Maintain a clean valid CDL driver’s license.
- Work with maintenance crew, assist as laborer when not operating equipment.
- Train others on proper operation of equipment.
- Operate communications devices per company policies.
- Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Clean, maintain, stock, and secure assigned vehicle and equipment per company policies.
- Utilize and become proficient with tasks, tools, test equipment and information to enhance business results.
- Adhere to industry-specific, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Complete paperwork, time sheets, test results, vehicle inspection, and logs.
- Visually assess digging areas to ensure staking/located prior to digging.
- Always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices per DRG policy or customer special requests.
- Report all personal and vehicle accidents/incidents immediately to supervisors, assist in investigations.
- Assist with job site setup and clean‑up as needed.
- Operate construction equipment safely in urban and rural areas.
- Perform site restoration work.
- Safely load equipment, secure load, transport, and unload construction equipment.
- Must have a CDL‑A license.
- Comfortable traveling between locations within the utility client service territory.
- Must work full time with minimum 40‑45 hours per week.
- Experience and travel flexibility used to determine compensation.
