Drive diesel powered truck and trailer to pick-up, transport, and deliver scrap metal in a safe and timely manner focusing on safety and customer service;
Hook and unhook trailers from tractor and perform pre/post-trip inspections;
Submit written reports on truck/trailer condition at end of each day or when switching equipment;
Maintain shipping paperwork and ensure documentation accompanies shipments;
Comply with Federal and State regulations and company policies while operating a commercial motor vehicle
