Delivery Driver​/Material Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Material Assistant. This position supports our field operations by safely transporting mechanical fabrications, construction materials, tools, and equipment between HMH facilities, vendors, and active construction jobsites.

In addition to driving responsibilities, this is a hands-on position that assists with warehouse organization, material and tool management, and basic maintenance and repairs of tools and small equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Operate a variety of company vehicles ranging from 1/2-ton trucks to a 24-foot Class 6 flatbed truck.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail, Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, unload, and secure construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Physically able to lift to 50 pounds independently.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, fabrication shop, outdoor, and active construction jobsite
  environments.

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials, tools, equipment, and mechanical fabrications.
• Complete deliveries and pickups between HMH facilities, vendors, and active jobsites.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Receive, stage, organize, and prepare materials and equipment for field operations.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with tool and equipment accountability.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on tools, small engines, and equipment.
• Coordinate with office, warehouse, and field personnel to support daily material and delivery needs.
• Maintain clean and safe vehicles, warehouse areas, and work spaces.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
