Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for Accounts and Administrative Executive. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts & Administration Executive who will manage day-to-day accounting functions along with office administration activities. The role requires strong accounting skill, numerical accuracy, documentation discipline, and coordination skills. The position involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial reports, and overseeing general office administration.
Key responsibilities include maintaining records, handling payroll, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This role also includes liaising with vendors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Receipts & Payments)
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable follow-ups
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Monthly flash preparation
- Quarterly & Annual closing of accounts.
- GST/TDS/TCS data preparation and return filing.
- Maintain statutory records and audit documentation
- Expense verification and reimbursement processing
- MIS
Administration
- Manage office records, files, and documentation
- Vendor coordination and purchase order tracking
- Maintain office supplies & asset register
- Support HR in attendance, leave records and employee documentation.
- Coordinate courier, travel booking, and facility services
- General office support and compliance documentation
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Expert knowledge of Tally Accounting Software
- Good MS Excel skills (basic formulas, reconciliation)
- Organized, disciplined and deadline-oriented
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Educational qualification
- M.Com from reputed university (BCom or M Com score more than 60 %)/ CMA or CA Intermediate passed
Required Experience
- Accounts and Finance experience of 3-5 years
- Experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry shall be given preference
