About the Role
We are looking for a talented  Bengali Content Writer  with a strong understanding of  political content, current affairs, and public communication . The ideal candidate should be able to create impactful, accurate, and engaging content in Bengali for digital platforms, campaigns, and public outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Write high-quality  political content in Bengali  for social media, articles, blogs, scripts, and campaign materials.
Research current political trends, policies, and public issues.
Translate or adapt content from English/Hindi to Bengali while maintaining context and tone.
Develop creative campaign messaging and slogans.
Ensure content is factually accurate and aligned with communication strategies.
Coordinate with the digital and strategy teams for content planning.
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced political environment.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Strong command over  written Bengali  (grammar, vocabulary, and style).
Good understanding of  Indian politics, especially West Bengal politics .
Ability to simplify complex political topics into engaging content.
Experience in  political campaigns, media houses, or digital agencies  is preferred.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, You Tube).
Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in  Journalism, Political Science, Mass Communication, Bengali Literature , or related field.

Preferred Skills
Experience in speech writing or campaign content.
Familiarity with SEO or digital content strategies.
Video script or short-form content writing experience.
