Job Responsibilities:
- Guide students in selecting suitable IT courses based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities
- Assess student aptitude and recommend appropriate training programs
- Address student queries related to academics and career guidance
- Collaborate with trainers and faculty to stay updated on curriculum and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups
- Support admission and enrollment processes for prospective students
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market requirements
- Utilize CRM tools to manage student data and track interactions
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA preferred – Sales/Marketing/IT Management)
- Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or related field is a plus Prior experience in academic counseling or student support preferred
- Basic understanding of IT courses and career pathways
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
- Strong team collaboration and coordination skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and student needs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
