Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Hotel Receptionist located in Kolkata. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and registering guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, and addressing client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining records, and providing prompt support to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with guests and address their needs effectively
Experience in Phone Etiquette and managing inquiries in a professional manner
A welcoming and customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
Proficiency in computers and reservation systems is desirable
