Role Description
The ROC & MCA Compliance Executive will be responsible for handling compliance matters, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations under the Companies Act and the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Daily tasks will include filing forms, maintaining statutory registers and records, and liaising with regulatory authorities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to manage compliance processes efficiently.

Qualifications
Proficiency in ROC Compliance and familiarity with the Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks applicable to companies
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and regulatory authorities
Effective Communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Law related to corporate compliances
B.COM/CA Intermediate /CS Intermediate or prior experience in compliance is a strong advantage
