Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Corporate Compliance Executive (ROC & MCA). The responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance with ROC (Registrar of Companies) and MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) standards, preparing and filing statutory forms and returns, and maintaining relevant records. The role also involves assisting in corporate legal matters, providing guidance on compliance-related queries, and working collaboratively within the team to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, particularly related to ROC and MCA requirements
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration and liaison with stakeholders
Understanding of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on compliance frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a similar role in a CA/CS Firm or in the financial/legal compliance sector is an advantage
