Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Hotel & Casa kitchenin Kolkata. The Food Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and attending to guest needs in all dining areas. Daily responsibilities include taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service, managing guest requests professionally, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

The Food Server will also collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
Ability to take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a dining environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, including kitchen staff and management.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.
Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
