Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with our client to hire a  
** Travel RN
** in Kosciusko, MS area.

This is an in-person/on-site role providing care in patients' homes within the surrounding service area.

** Type:
** 2-3 month contract (with possibility of extension)

* Schedule:

** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

** Pay Rate** : $53-$55.90/hour, depending on experience

** Coverage Areas:
** Attala, Winston, Neshoba, Kemper

** Mileage:
** Milage will be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

** Primary

Responsibilities Include:

* · Provide patient care in the home for home health patients in the field.

· Manage patient cases and follow the care plan for each patient.

· Experience in Hospice preferred

· Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed.

· Educate patients on medications, including how to take them safely and correctly.

· Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the care team or physician.

· Document all care, updates, and patient progress in the EMR system (Homecare Homebase if used).

* Required Qualifications:

* · Registered Nurse (RN) license required and active in the state of practice.

· Prior home health/hospice experience required.

· Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system strongly preferred.

· Home Health experience required

** Pay Details:**  $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
