Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Rigger role based in Kota, Rajasthan. The Rigger will be responsible for safely assembling and disassembling rigging equipment, supporting the lifting and moving of heavy machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and protocols. The individual will work closely with the operations team to execute tasks such as inspecting rigging equipment, selecting appropriate hardware, and securing loads.

Regular collaboration on project schedules and site-specific requirements will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in rigging techniques, equipment handling, and safety regulations
Experience in heavy machinery assembly, disassembly, and maintenance
Knowledge of inspecting rigging tools, securing loads, and choosing correct equipment
Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and risk assessments
Physical fitness and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Certifications in rigging or related fields will be advantageous
Prior experience in industrial or machinery-related roles is a plus
