- Understand, enforce, and carry out safety policies.
- Create job hazard analysis for assigned tasks and perform safety inspections.
- Schedule and document all required inspections, quality testing, or other compliance requirements.
- Comply with dust control, SWPPP, and environmental requirements.
- Schedule and order materials, inspections, equipment, and workforce to meet project schedules, production, and specifications.
- Directly supervise jobsite crews to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and to adherence to construction schedules.
- Consult with and direct personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Manage all day‑to‑day operations on the project and keep the project management team apprised.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities and wet utilities (drainage, water and sewer).
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience and understanding of all phases of site development (dirt excavation, underground utilities, grading, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of reading blueprints and specs for underground utilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water, sanitary sewer, and storm distribution systems.
- OSHA 30; mission‑critical and data center work are preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills essential for managing teams and interacting with stakeholders and trade partners.
