AES is seeking a PV O&M technician to join our solar operations team in Kuna, role involves routine and corrective maintenance for utility-scale solar sites and substations, along with operating and monitoring PV solar and energy storage systems in line with safety and environmental standards.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year experience in PV O&M or power plants, with proficiency in reading electrical schematics and applying LOTO and NFPA 70E practices.
