Registered Nurse - Correctional

Overview

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel nurse for a 13‑week Correctional nursing position in Kuna, Idaho. The position is non‑resident; applicants must hold an active Idaho or compact RN license.

  ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks, with possibility of extension up to 8 additional weeks
• Hours:
  
  40 hours per week (8‑hour/night shifts)
• Payment: $1,912–$2,097 per week* (may include taxable wages and tax‑free meal, housing, and incidentals)
• Orientation: 40 hours – first 3 days at the regional office, last 2 days at the assigned facility
• Shift rotation: 36/48 hour rotation
• Electronic timekeeping on site

• Medication administration
• Immunizations
• Admissions
• Emergency first aid

• Active Idaho or compact RN license
• At least 1 year of prior nursing experience
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Background check clearance prior to start
• Corrections nursing experience is a plus
• Must be able to work as a non‑resident travel nurse (cannot be an Idaho resident)
