We are currently seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) to join our team at Idaho State Correctional Center located in Kuna, Idaho. The Registered Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff and to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Work alongside a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient care.

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.
• Full‑time Day Shift; may be asked to cover shifts due to PDO, Staff Shortage, or Call Outs.
