Supervisor Inside Sales

At United Site Services, Inc., a leader in providing comprehensive sanitation and site solutions, we are looking for a driven and experienced Supervisor Inside Sales to lead our sales team in maximizing our market share and revenue. In this role, you will oversee the inside sales operations within our sales and business development department. This position is instrumental in strategizing and executing sales plans, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving the team towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide inside sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the inside sales department.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
