Join BEST Crowd Management as Football Event Staff supporting stadium events for a variety of clients. In this on-site role, you'll greet and direct guests, assist with ticket and access control, monitor seating and concourse areas, and support safe crowd movement before, during, and after games. You'll follow clearly defined safety and security procedures, respond to guest questions and minor issues, and promptly report incidents to supervisors.
This position offers hands-on experience in security, crowd management, and customer service with training, team support, and opportunities to grow within the Garda World network.
Responsibilities
- Greet, direct, and assist guests entering and exiting the stadium
- Support ticket verification, access control, and gate operations
- Monitor seating, concourses, and entry points for safety and policy compliance
- Guide crowd flow before, during, and after football events
- Respond to guest questions and basic service needs with professionalism
- Observe, document, and report security or safety incidents to supervisors
- Follow all venue, team, and Garda
- World procedures and post orders
- Coordinate with teammates and supervisors via radio and briefings
