POSITION OVERVIEWThe primary role of the position is to support the retail business with oil changes, and lubrication services. This position will also support the tire side of the business and will be required to change tires and perform tire services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform oil changes by manufacturer specifications.
- Clean or replace filters as needed.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Recommend safety and preventative services to customers.
- Include proper receiving of product into location prior to putting away.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction and communication is of the utmost importance.
- Assist with opening and closing of store, including end-of-day duties, such as:
- Facility maintenance and clean‑up (sweeping, emptying garbage cans).
- Assist in organization of all tire and lube shop related supplies.
- Clean parking lot of debris and/or garbage.
- Warehouse organization: ensure similar tires are kept together, inventory is faced, rows are clean and tidy, and the area stays safe for operation.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness of your workspace, including bay areas, Commercial Tire vehicles, and customer vehicles.
- Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
- Assist with phone and counter duties as needed.

- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop (preferred).

Physical Demands:
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, twisting and walking on uneven surfaces.
- Frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping and dexterity.
- Constant visual, auditory, and verbal communication required.
- Frequent exposure to noise, dirt, dust, mechanical vibration, fumes, and outdoor conditions.
- Occasional hazards due to mechanical equipment, moving objects, and roadside work.
- Occasional work in extreme heat/cold or wet/humid environments.
- Tire machines, compressors, air tools and hand tools.
- Company‑provided software and system for work orders and inventory.
- Required to use protective gear (PPE).
