Overview
Office Assistant Position Available in Al-Kuwait. We are looking for a professional and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess great organizational skills. The role offers a salary of 1400.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and delivering customer service.
- Manage incoming mail, filing documents, and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate meetings and events and handle related tasks as needed.
- Experience in office administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
