Job Overview
Office Manager – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, energetic and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and a working knowledge of office management.
The successful candidate should have the ability to multi-task, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to prioritize tasks based upon urgency, efficiently manage their time and work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Managing office supplies
- Preparing correspondence and drafting documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Acting as the main point of contact for all staff inquiries
- Responding to emails
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Overseeing administrative staff activities
- Creating filing systems
- Running errands as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (or other language, if applicable)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Salary: 1600 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for the position.
