Office manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait.
OverviewAl-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of office operations, including administrative activities, front desk management, filing systems, document control, data entry, inventory control, and customer relations.
- Provide daily support to staff and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- At least two years of experience in an office setting.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Competitive salary of 1200 per month.
- Health insurance and paid vacation time.
