Overview
Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an office environment. We are also offering visa sponsorship for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and answering phones.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, greet guests, and provide general customer service support.
- Maintain equipment and supplies inventory and order new items as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and comfort interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
- Experience working in an office environment.
