Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our company in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for employees
- Submit expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
