Overview
Position physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP. Responsible for operating a Billeting Office, assisting the Billeting Supervisor and Billeting Manager with accurate key counts, filing military personnel receipts, managing housing furnishings, maintaining communication with housing representatives, and ensuring the 400 block is kept clean and safe for all tenants.
Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing PCS, TCS, TDY, contractors, deployed and transit personnel on official government orders according to the Housing Office procedures.
- Maintain accurate manning roster and update the billeting database.
- Provide daily information and maintain key control and billeting records.
- Issue linen and billeting supplies to occupants.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate with all tenant unit representatives regarding room reservations and issues.
- Inventory, issue, and receive linen on a daily basis from a local BPA contract.
- Provide mission support on daily tasks.
- Maintain an accurate work order log and submit work orders to the help desk daily.
- Monitor and check all vacant quarters daily.
- Conduct daily inspections of all shelter and billeting areas.
- Conduct monthly fire and safety inspections for all empty rooms.
- Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections in all buildings.
- Perform custodial services within housing.
- Escort technicians and laborers as needed to complete housing missions.
- Perform police calls around the assigned area.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Education and Certifications
:
One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required. College degree preferred. High school diploma required. - Experience
:
Demonstrated high degree of English comprehension (speaking, understanding, reading, writing, typing). Capable of supervising personnel. Detailed oriented and organized. Computer system administrative experience. Experience in procedural development. - Skills
:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interpersonal and communication skills. Problem‑solving abilities. Computer skills.
Position requires work both indoors and outdoors in extreme heat and dust conditions, including dust storms, humidity, etc. Normal work week is 48 hours (6 days a week, 8 hours a day). Willingness to work additional hours when mission requires, on‑call 24/7, and flexible shift work.
Physical RequirementMedium work:
Exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
