Overview
Office assistant vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for Indian
Responsibilities- Filing paperwork, answering phone calls, sorting mail, performing data entry tasks, and helping to organize meetings.
- Managing the reception area and providing administrative support to other departments within the company.
- Providing customers with information about our products or services and responding promptly to their inquiries.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or other office-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours and have a valid work permit or visa if applicable.
This position offers a salary of 1800 per month plus other benefits commensurate with experience.
