Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: 1200
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing office staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, such as maintaining office supplies, ordering equipment and supplies, organizing filing systems, etc.
- Oversee the recruitment process for all new staff members, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Supervise the work of administrative staff and other personnel.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures related to office operations.
- Prepare reports on staff performance and other operational matters as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations relating to health & safety in the workplace.
- Handle customer inquiries as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success in managing an office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards across different projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to make sound decisions autonomously when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a professional manner in dealing with customers/clients/stakeholders etc.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not necessarily essential for this role.
