Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing office staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations, such as maintaining office supplies, ordering equipment and supplies, organizing filing systems, etc.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for all new staff members, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
  • Supervise the work of administrative staff and other personnel.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures related to office operations.
  • Prepare reports on staff performance and other operational matters as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations relating to health & safety in the workplace.
  • Handle customer inquiries as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success in managing an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards across different projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to make sound decisions autonomously when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a professional manner in dealing with customers/clients/stakeholders etc.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not necessarily essential for this role.
