HR & Administration Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. Our office is in Kuwait City. Duty hours: 7am to 3pm, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements for incoming/outgoing visitors and employees.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments based on management requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for the office boy, mandoub and driver.
  • Report directly to the Admin Manager and assist in all administrative duties.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and coordination activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and administrative records.
Skills Required
  • Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
  • Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, scheduling).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Valid 18 transferable ikama.
