Position
HR & Administration Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. Our office is in Kuwait City. Duty hours: 7am to 3pm, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements for incoming/outgoing visitors and employees.
- Schedule meetings and appointments based on management requirements.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for the office boy, mandoub and driver.
- Report directly to the Admin Manager and assist in all administrative duties.
- Support day-to-day office operations and coordination activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and administrative records.
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
- Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, scheduling).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Valid 18 transferable ikama.
