Overview
Office Assistant position in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The employer is looking for a candidate with at least two years of office administration experience and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support and organize office operations
- Prepare reports and manage filing systems
- Greet and direct visitors; process mail
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multi-task effectively, and maintain a customer-service oriented approach
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
- At least two years of office administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 per month plus benefits. We are willing to consider candidates from other countries for this role.
