Our firm is seeking a receptionist to join on an immediate basis.
Job ObjectiveServe as the first point of contact for the firm and ensure professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and business partners. The role includes managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth daily operation of the office.
Job Responsibilities- Welcome clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate employee or department.
- Answer, screen, transfer, and record incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Manage the reception area, visitor records, appointments, meeting rooms, and access procedures.
- Receive, record, distribute, and dispatch mail, courier deliveries, correspondence, and documents.
- Monitor general email inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or employee.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scanning, photocopying, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist with meeting materials, client hospitality arrangements, and office-supply replenishment.
- Coordinate with the firm’s audit, tax, advisory, and support-service teams and perform other assigned administrative duties.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client information, financial records, correspondence, and internal documents.
- High school diploma is required; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience (Areas of Expertise)- Two to five years of experience as a receptionist, front-desk officer, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in an accounting, audit, consultancy, legal, or professional services firm is preferred.
- Native Arabic and strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and client-service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and office telephone systems.
- Ability to operate printers, scanners, calendars, and other standard office technology.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage appointments, documents, and multiple requests efficiently.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, patient, and client-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, punctuality, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and coordinate effectively with different departments.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
