- Own end to end content operations - from onboarding and catalog updates to promotions, approvals, and operational requests
- Lead and guide team leads and agents to hit productivity targets, SLA goals, and quality benchmarks
- Monitor key operational KPIs and build reporting frameworks covering productivity, QA performance, and operational trends
- Drive quality governance through audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement to sharpen catalog accuracy and customer experience
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Support teams to keep execution aligned with business goals
- Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization optimization
- Act as deputy to the Head of Food & Product Information, stepping in to ensure leadership continuity when needed
- 5+ years of experience in content operations, catalog management, or e commerce operations
- Proven track record leading teams in high volume, fast paced operational environments
- Strong analytical skills with hands on expertise in Excel or Google Sheets
- A process oriented mindset with a sharp eye for SLA management and workflow optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or operational dashboard development
- Exposure to automation projects, workflow redesign, or operational scaling initiatives
- Certifications in operations management, data analytics, or e-commerce
- Global collaboration with a worldwide crew
