Objective
To assist in the preparation of submissions (pre-bid, in particular) towards proposals, pre‑qualifications, expression of interests.
Responsibilities- Assists and coordinate in the preparation of pre‑bid submissions.
- Assists in allocation and follow‑up of the Action List and Table of Contents for each submission.
- Compiles and consolidates various department technical and financial inputs in the required formats and discusses status and conclusion.
- Reviews quality of submission, discussions and graphical enhancements.
- Develops Business Development database by evaluating profiles and capabilities of International Consultants for future alliances.
- Compiles requisite information on active Proposals and business Enquiries for the monthly management report.
- Assists in PowerPoint presentations and hand‑outs as required to support submissions presentation efforts.
- Assists in the overall documentation, regular updates and coordination of activities in the Business Development Department.
- Contributes efficiently in ensuring proper archiving and filing procedures of submissions and related data.
- Assists in communication with Client, sub‑consultants (and any other participants) and coordinates with SSH Department to identify their inputs and address specific requirements.
- Initiates and prepares the Technical and Financial Proposals; collates and prepares spreadsheets, etc. as required.
- Follows up on logistical requirements for the submissions.
- Carries out post‑submission follow‑ups and updates the database.
- Maintains regular client feedback and updates database and project status.
- Establishes the Bids/Projects at ERP Software and follows up with various Bid Stakeholders for timely signing‑off of the Bid Workflow Stages.

QualificationsDegree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture.
Previous Experience4‑5 years experience in the relevant industry with effective coordination and communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
