About the Role Position Title

Business Developement Advisor

• Identify, evaluate, and develop business and investment opportunities aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
• Conduct initial opportunity screening, commercial assessments, and economic evaluations to support business decisions.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory assessments of potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess commercial viability, project feasibility, and budget requirements.
• Develop, review, and manage tender documentation, including commercial and contractual terms and conditions.
• Participate in negotiations and discussions with potential partners throughout the opportunity development and tendering process.
• Provide commercial, financial, and risk analyses to support management decision‑making.
• Prepare and present recommendations on project economics, financing options, risks, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to secure project budgets and resources.
• Monitor the implementation of contractual terms and ensure compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Manage contract amendments and ensure changes are commercially, legally, and operationally sound.
• Provide guidance on contractual and commercial matters to minimize risk and protect business interests.
• Assess asset and partnership performance to support contract renewals and identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements and business enhancement initiatives to improve organizational performance and efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of technical and commercial experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in business development, investment evaluation, asset economics, and opportunity assessment.
• Experience in commercial evaluations, regulatory assessments, and contract development.
• Strong understanding of project economics, financial analysis, business valuation, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of contract management, commercial negotiations, and contractual terms and conditions.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and business decision‑making skills.
