Product Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end content operations — from onboarding and catalog updates to promotions, approvals, and operational requests
• Lead and guide team leads and agents to hit productivity targets, SLA goals, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor key operational KPIs and build reporting frameworks covering productivity, QA performance, and operational trends
• Drive quality governance through audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement to sharpen catalog accuracy and customer experience
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Support teams to keep execution aligned with business goals
• Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and scale operations
• Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization optimization
• Act as deputy to the Head of Food & Product Information, stepping in to ensure leadership continuity when needed

• 5+ years of experience in content operations, catalog management, or e‑commerce operations
• Proven track record leading teams in high‑volume, fast‑paced operational environments
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on expertise in Excel or Google Sheets
• A process‑oriented mindset with a sharp eye for SLA management and workflow optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or operational dashboard development
• Exposure to automation projects, workflow redesign, or operational scaling initiatives
• Certifications in operations management, data analytics, or e-commerce
