We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Contracts Executive to manage the full lifecycle of commercial service contracts with government, telecom, private sector, and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, commercial negotiations, client relationship management, contract compliance, change order management, and supporting business growth through effective contract execution.
The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while protecting the organization's commercial interests. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing service contracts for outsourced solutions such as manpower supply, transportation, payroll, sponsorship, catering, laundry, accommodation, and HR & administrative services. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships are essential.
KeyRoles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from award through renewal, amendment, and close‑out.
- Review, draft, and administer commercial contracts, amendments, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractual and commercial matters with clients.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Legal to ensure successful contract execution.
- Monitor contract performance, service deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
- Manage contract variations, change orders, and scope modifications while ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
- Support the preparation, review, and submission of commercial proposals, tenders, and contract documentation.
- Participate in commercial negotiations related to contract terms, pricing, renewals, and amendments.
- Analyze contract terms to identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence, and document repositories.
- Track contract expiry dates and proactively manage renewals and extensions.
- Coordinate with Finance to support invoicing, payment follow‑up, and resolution of commercial issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on contract status, compliance, renewals, risks, and key commercial metrics.
- Resolve contractual issues, client concerns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long‑term business partnerships.
- Ensure all contractual commitments align with operational capabilities and business objectives.
- Monitor changes in applicable regulations and ensure contractual compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and operational efficiency.
- Support business development initiatives by providing commercial and contractual guidance during new client engagements.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contract discussions and agreements.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess contract terms and identify potential risks.
- Proficiency in contract management software to streamline processes and documentation.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all contract‑related activities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and presenting contract information clearly.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance standards relevant to contract management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
