Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Commercial Content team in Kuwait. The role focuses on large‑scale catalog operations, bridging strategy and day‑to‑day execution to keep our marketplace content running smoothly, accurately, and at scale.
Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end content operations from onboarding and catalog updates to promotions, approvals, and operational requests.
- Lead and guide team leads and agents to hit productivity targets, SLA goals, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and build reporting frameworks covering productivity, QA performance, and operational trends.
- Drive quality governance through audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement to sharpen catalog accuracy and customer experience.
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Support teams to keep execution aligned with business goals.
- Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and scale operations.
- Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization optimization.
- Act as deputy to the Head of Food & Product Information, stepping in to ensure leadership continuity when needed.
- 5+ years of experience in content operations, catalog management, or e‑commerce operations.
- Proven track record leading teams in high‑volume, fast‑paced operational environments.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A process‑oriented mindset with a sharp eye for SLA management and workflow optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or operational dashboard development.
- Exposure to automation projects, workflow redesign, or operational scaling initiatives.
- Certifications in operations management, data analytics, or e‑commerce.
- Global teamwork with a worldwide crew.
