Training Officer

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to support Sales and Business Operations teams in Kuwait.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to identify training needs and create relevant learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs.
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure alignment with company processes, products, and market developments.
• Support onboarding programs and ongoing learning initiatives for both new hires and existing employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives independently.
• Experience using training delivery platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital learning tools is preferred.
