Kono is seeking a dedicated, details-oriented Customer Experience & Operations Specialist for the Kuwaiti furniture and interior market. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients from bespoke orders to logistics, handling after-sales support, and continuously elevating service quality.
You will manage inquiries, coordinate with workshops and drivers in Kuwait, and use CRM/POS systems to log orders and optimize delivery routes, while analyzing feedback to improve the overall service
