, we don't just sell furniture; we craft tailored spaces. We are looking for a dedicated, details-oriented Customer Experience & Operations Specialist with solid experience in the Kuwaiti furniture and interior market
. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted consultant to our clients, managing the entire journey-from handling bespoke custom orders to overseeing logistics, managing after-sales support, and continuously elevating our service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries for both ready-made items (direct website purchases like tables, chairs, etc.) and customized furniture orders
    , guiding clients through specifications and closing sales effectively.
  • Work closely with local workshops, operational teams, and delivery drivers in Kuwait to coordinate site measurements, production timelines, and delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Actively track, troubleshoot, and resolve post-delivery issues or customer complaints with extreme professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Utilize CRM/POS systems and delivery coordination software to accurately log orders, track shipping statuses, and optimize delivery routes.
  • Proactively analyze customer feedback and operational bottlenecks to propose strategies that constantly improve and upgrade Kono's overall service experience.
  • Skills
    • Communication & Cultural Alignment: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with absolute fluency in the Kuwaiti dialect to connect authentically and build trust with local clients.
    • Kuwait Market Expertise: Proven sales and technical experience within the furniture, kitchen, or interior design industry in Kuwait, with a deep understanding of local client preferences and customs.
    • Technical Knowledge in Custom Furniture: Solid understanding of furniture customization, custom wardrobes, sizing standards, materials, and interior aesthetics.
    • Operational & Software Literacy: Proficient in using sales programs, CRM tools, or logistics/delivery coordination platforms.
    • Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Exceptional ability to handle high-pressure situations, calm frustrated clients, and resolve logistical challenges smoothly.
    • Professional Bilingualism: Strong professional proficiency in both Arabic and English with a consultative, client-first approach.
