Postpaid Segment Executive

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Postpaid Segment Executive. In this role, you will be responsible of all tactics of acquisition, stimulation, promotions & the new products/services targeted towards post-paid current and potential customers in an effort to in achieving post-paid subscriber number and revenues.

• Support the planning, execution, and governance of the post-paid segment strategy, policies, roadmap, and budget in line with business and customer experience objectives.
• Contribute to product portfolio management, including pricing, propositions, promotions, market testing, and lifecycle enhancements to achieve subscriber and revenue targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs through data-driven insights, behavior analysis, and service diversification initiatives.
• Develop and validate business cases for new products and services, coordinating with Finance and Sales on commercial viability, business rules, and credit policies.
• Lead go-to-market enablement, including marketing communications, PR briefs, training materials, and internal knowledge transfer for new launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and segment performance, prepare reports, escalate risks, and identify continuous improvement opportunities based on best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Experience.
• Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
• Previous Experience in Postpaid Segment in the Telecom Industry
