Responsibilities

Lead the negotiation and drafting of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies, utilizing tools like contract management software for efficiency.

Skills

Business: Commercial Services / Government & Private Sector Contracts

Key Requirements

5‑7 years of experience in commercial/service contracts.
Strong experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and administering service agreements, MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, amendments, and contract renewals.
Experience supporting tendering and commercial operations.
Strong stakeholder management with Legal, Operations, Procurement, and Business Development.
Experience with in service‑based organizations is highly preferred.
