Whether you are a Multi‑Unit Area Manager overseeing high‑traffic Starbucks locations, a Visual Merchandiser orchestrating the flawless seasonal rollout for H&M, or a Logistics Controller managing FMCG imports at the Mina Abdullah distribution centres, the daily reality is intense.
You will operate in a high‑stakes, 24/7 environment where consumer mall culture, aggressive promotional calendars, and strict municipal food safety standards dictate the pace. The expectation is absolute operational execution, rapid inventory turnover, and the commercial drive to optimise massive retail portfolios.
All remuneration is paid in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and is fully exempt from personal income tax. Compensation varies by operational tier.
- Area Manager (Multi‑Unit) / Brand Director – KWD 1,500 – 2,800+
- Store Manager / Restaurant General Manager – KWD 700 – 1,300
- Visual Merchandiser / Supply Chain Analyst – KWD 500 – 950
- Barista / Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor – KWD 250 – 450
Restaurant General Manager (F&B Division)
- Monthly Pay: KWD 800 – 1,300 (Tax‑Free Base + Operational Leadership Bonuses)
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee massive daily operations for premium casual dining brands, directing P&L management, kitchen standards, and large teams of culinary and service staff.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing high‑volume F&B operations, premium casual dining, or QSR franchises within the GCC.
- Deep understanding of restaurant P&L management, international brand standards compliance, and strict food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Fluency in English mandatory; ability to lead a multicultural frontline workforce under extreme pressure essential.
- Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations – manages cafés, bakeries, and casual dining restaurants; roles include Restaurant General Managers and Area Managers.
- Fashion, Beauty & Home Retail – oversees retail presence of brands like H&M, Victoria’s Secret; roles include Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Beauty Advisors.
- Supply Chain & E‑Commerce Fulfillment – handles national warehousing, centralized distribution, and digital fulfillment; roles include Supply Chain Analysts and Warehouse Managers.
