The Business Analyst serves as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, leveraging strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities to translate business needs into actionable solutions. A core responsibility of this role is to lead business process re-engineering initiatives end-to-end. This includes conducting in-depth assessments of existing As-Is processes, identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and architecting optimized To-Be processes that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value.
The Business Analyst is expected to drive transformation efforts that enhance operational efficiency, support digital enablement, and contribute directly to the organization's strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business needs.
Process AnalysisEvaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
DocumentationPrepare clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Qualifications & Required ExperienceEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Knowledge in Signavio is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Certifications:
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred.
