Prepare and submit product registration dossiers and follow up on registrations, renewals, amendments, and approvals with regulatory authorities.
Maintain and update all registration-related documents, certificates, licenses, and approvals.
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain the required technical, regulatory, and legal documentation.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Identify tender opportunities and prepare, submit, and follow up on technical and commercial tender documents.
Review tender requirements, respond to clarifications, and follow up on evaluations, awards, and contracts.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain quotations, technical specifications, catalogs, and supporting documents.
Follow up on purchase orders, contract execution, and supplier commitments.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of products.
Coordinate the preparation, shipment, and delivery of samples for tenders and customer evaluations.
Liaise with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on registrations, tenders, contracts, deliveries, and pending activities.
