Product Operations Expert

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to expand our Grocery business, we're looking for a Product Operations Expert – Grocery Platform to help build and scale our end-to-end grocery ecosystem from the ground up in Kuwait.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape products that power users, merchants, fulfillment, and operations while driving innovation in one of the fastest-growing retail categories.

• Define and execute product strategy across user, merchant, fulfillment, and picker platforms.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization.

• Build and optimize category structures, item libraries, and product data models.
• Establish scalable governance and lifecycle management processes for product information.

• Partner closely with Engineering to review technical solutions, assess feasibility, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Data teams to prioritize business needs and execute product initiatives.

• Monitor key business metrics and leverage insights to identify product opportunities and operational improvements.
• Develop SOPs and scalable product operation frameworks to support long-term business growth.

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations.
• Experience with in e-commerce, grocery, retail, local services, or marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, prototyping, and data-driven product development.
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and discussing technical architecture and system design.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business data into product decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills; international or overseas market experience is a plus.
