Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
The Production Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of media and content production, including video, photography, and digital materials. This role ensures that all visual and multimedia content reflects the college s brand identity and supports internal and external communication goals. The Production Specialist collaborates closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging and high-quality media for events, social media, and institutional campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelor s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media production, videography, or content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, and sound production.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creativity and technical expertise in visual storytelling.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
